1. Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
The Wellness Collection is a company that manufactures and sells bed and base sets.
2. Customer Privacy Policy
The Wellness Collection shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 3. Pricing & Stock
3.1 Pricing on the website includes VAT.
3.2 All prices are subject to change without any prior notification.
3.3 Prices published on the website are only valid for in-stock items and in the event where a product may have sold out prior to it being updated on the website, a new quoted price may apply.
3.4 All prices are inclusive of delivery fees and charges.
4. 30-Night Return Policy
All Wellness Collection products are covered by a 30-night satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee is calculated from the date of delivery of goods. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the item/s may be returned for exchange for another product with the same rand value or hight subject to the following terms:
4.1 Customers wishing to return products must submit a completed ‘Return for Refund’ form to Wellness Collection before the expiry of the 30 day period.
4.2. Goods must reach Wellness Collection within 7 days after the expiry of the 30 day period.
4.3. Products must be delivered in original packaging where applicable. Products must be adequately packaged as damaged products will not be refunded.
4.4 All products returned will be inspected and where any damages, shortages or missing parts of the product/packaging is found, refunds may not be approved and/or a discretionary handling fee may be levied.
5. Product & Warranty
5.1 Products are covered by the standard Serta limited warranty against any manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the product specifications and/or in the terms and conditions of sale.
5.2 Warranties shall be valid only where the product was used and maintained properly. Fair wear and tear is not covered neither any misuse nor abuse of the product, or where any modifications was done to the product.
5.3 Customers wishing to lodge a warranty claim must report such with Wellness Collection. Proof of purchase should also be submitted. Customers will be required to return the defective product to Silhouette’s warehouse.
5.6 Items must be packaged adequately to avoid any damage. Cost of transport to the Wellness Collection shall be borne by the customer. Once received, Wellness Collection will assess the warranty claim, and if determined to be a factory default the item will be repaired and/or replaced and returned to the customer free of charge. Where the product cannot be replaced by an identical replacement, Wellness Collection reserves the right to replace the item with a similar product in with similar value. Any item replaced or repaired under warranty shall only be covered by the remainder of the original purchase warranty period.
6. Delivery Lead Times and Charges
6.1 Delivery for all orders is done via selected contracted third party freight and/or courier companies.
6.2 All prices advertised on this website include delivery. Delivery has been calculated to within 25kms of the third party depots in the following cities: Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and East London. Anything outside that will be subject to a surcharge. The surcharge will be communicated and cleared with the customer prior to despatch.
6.3 All orders will only be dispatched once payment is cleared and reflects in our account.
6.4 Deliveries generally take between 7-10 business days from date of dispatch.
7. Receipt & Inspection of Goods
7.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to properly inspect goods delivered.
7.2 Should packaging be visibly damaged a clear note must be made in pen on the courier waybill stating ‘PACKAGING DAMAGED, GOODS NOT CHECKED’.
7.3 Customers should ensure that the correct number of cartons as indicated on the waybill is received before signing the waybill. Note however, that the number of cartons may not correspond to the number of items you have purchased as more than one item may be packaged in a single carton. Only the number of ‘packages’ as indicated on the waybill should be verified before signing for such.
7.4 Once a waybill has been signed without notes being made as to any discrepancies or damages, the signed waybill be considered valid and claims to shortage of packages or damage to packaging will not be accepted.
7.5 Wellness Collection only guarantees delivery to the delivery address supplied by customer, but will not verify the identity of the person signing for the goods and therefore cannot make guarantee delivery to a specific individual. Any individual present at the delivery address on the date of delivery and accepting the goods shall be considered authorised to receive the delivery on behalf of the customer and responsible to inspect goods in accordance to points 7.1-7.4 above.
7.6 Any discrepancies or damages noted at time of delivery and documented on waybill must be communicated to Wellness Collection within 24 hours. Goods should be inspected thoroughly by the customer for any damages, or shortage within the first 24 hours, and reported within the same timeframe in writing to Wellness Collection. Wellness Collection will not honour claims of damages or shortages if reported at any later stage.
8. Competitions and Giveaways
8.1 In the event of any competitions or product give-aways, all winners are required to contact us directly to claim their prize.
8.2 Any and all prizes not claimed within 30 days after announcement of winners will be forfeited without exception.
8.3 All winners of any and all Wellness Collection competitions will be solely announced on our Facebook page and it will be the responsibility of the entrant to visit our Facebook page on announcement dates.
8.4 Entering a competition does not guarantee any prizes. Winners are randomly chosen and announced. Winners are final and entrants do not have the right to appeal the results. By entering into any of our competitions, the entrant agrees to these terms.
9. Coupons and Vouchers
9.1 Discount coupons are only valid for the period as published.
9.2 Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 (six) months from date of issue.
9.3 Coupons and vouchers are not valid towards any credit/account purchases.
9.4 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers who purchased a voucher and wishes to cancel the purchase must do so within 7 (seven) days from purchase date.
9.5 If a customer has received a voucher free of charge with any purchase and at any later stage a refund or part-refund is approved towards the purchased, the voucher shall automatically be cancelled. In the event that the voucher has already been redeemed, the value of such voucher will be deducted from the final refund.
10. Voucher Promotions
Vouchers issued as promotion with the purchase of selected items will only be issued if full payment for the advertised price is made.
11. Country of domicile
11.1 This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Wellness Collection chooses its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
12.1 Wellness Collection may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
